We’re committed to helping you achieve the best possible results. While we keep things straightforward and professional, it’s important to set a few expectations—so both parties are clear on responsibilities, boundaries, and what happens if anything goes wrong. No hidden clauses, just a shared understanding for a smooth working relationship.
IN SHORT
You’re engaging Rapid Edit for the editing or enhancement of images, floor plans, or other visual content (“content”) for a price agreed upon via our pricing or credit system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What we agree to do:
We will produce the requested edits or content to the best of our ability based on the details you provide at the time of submission. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a revision, which we may approve at our discretion.
What you agree to do:
You agree to provide clear instructions, accurate files, and all necessary details when submitting a job. If key details are missing at the start, resulting in changes later, additional charges may apply.
PROJECT SCOPE AND EDITING WORK
Content Creation or Editing:
We’ll deliver work aligned with the style, layout, and standards typically associated with the type of project (e.g., real estate photography). If you request changes due to information not originally supplied, these will be considered outside the agreed scope and may incur extra charges.
Limitations:
If an unforeseen issue prevents us from completing your project, we will refund any payments made to Rapid Edit for that job within a reasonable time frame.
LEGAL NOTICE
We can’t guarantee that content we edit or return won’t be interpreted differently by others. We are not responsible for any losses (including financial or reputational) that might arise from how the content is perceived or used.
You acknowledge that we do not know the specific use of the final images, text, or data, and we cannot be held liable for any results arising from your usage.
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains in full effect.
